Hi inchi,
The View PDF option is only available for bills, not spend money transactions that's why you're not seeing it. You can take a screenshot or print the transaction using your browser.

Hi Sai
Thank you for your reply.
I thought that might be the answer. however why is it that the option to view PDF is on Bills and not Spend Money.
They both perform the same function given that one is cash and the other accrual. To me it doesn't make any sense not to have option to print on Spend Money Transactions.
Is there any way that this can be made available
Cheers

Hi inchi,
Spend Money is designed for quick payments, which is why it doesn't have a built-in PDF option like bills do. If you need a record that you can print, one workaround is to create a bill under Purchases instead. This way, you'll have the option to generate a PDF.

Sai
