Invoice not showing up when matching transaction

Yet another issue.....

 

Try to match a customer payment to an invoice and although the invoice is still visible on my invoice list (marked as open and not overdue) it does NOT appear on the list of invoices available to match.  

Anyone else experience this?  And any ideas to fix?

    Thank you for the information. 

     

    First of all, could you please clear the browser cache, then try again? If it's unchanged, could you please choose Match Transaction > Show All transactions then search for the open invoice, does it appear? Please also make sure that the bank feeds amount selected is a deposit, as an Withdrawal amount cannot be matched to open invoices. 

     

    If the problem persists, could you please provide a screenshot of the invoice showing its date & transaction detail and its Activity list at the bottom; as well as the matching screen search result, we are happy to look into it further for you,
