Welcome aboard! If you’re new to all this and seeing a negative balance on Prepare electronic payments even though your bank transactions are up to date and reconciled, you’re not missing anything. It’s often a reversal that’s slipped back into the electronic payments list and pushed the balance negative. Best move is to reach out to our team on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via My Account. They'll be able to check what seems to be happening.
