Prepare electronic payments

Question

New to MYOB. &nbsp;When I enter Prepare Electronic Payments section on Myob &nbsp;the current payroll is not listed. The payment was made manually via direct debit. The only difference was that I downloaded the ABA file but it didn't work. Hence, the manual direct debit from the bank account. Just trying to work out why these are not listed. Can anyone help... Please keep it as simple as possible :)

Hi&nbsp;If you downloaded the ABA file in payroll it actually does the prepare electronic payment for MYOB at that stage.If you go to your bank register the transaction will be there,If you are using bank feeds you can do a find and the transaction will be there.&nbsp;Hope that&nbsp; helps&nbsp;Lisa
