I have encountered the same issue:
I reconciled Later months transactions and get back to reconciled the earlier months transactions, which caused the same problem happens.
Now bank reconciliation missed May 2023 and July 2023's transactions, but these transactions can be found in the registered transaction history.

I noticed you're having trouble finding those missing transactions in the reconciliation window. The way the reconciliation feature works is that it shows transactions in sequence based on the dates you reconcile. If you go back to an older date compared to your last reconciliation, some transactions might not show up.
