Unable to Allocate Transactions in Credit Card account
Good morning, I am new to the business, and I need to reconcile the credit card account but when I go to the uncategorised transactions, the 'allocate me' section to match or categorise is faded and will not give me access.
I have spoken to my manager, and they advised that it's not my access that's the issue.
Could someone please advise how I can change this?
