Hi, in my Bank Transactions I am trying to link a Pay Employee event to a Bank Transaction, the transaction (and all Payroll transactions) is out by one cent therefore MYOB throws the error "An unbalanced transaction may not be recorded."
Is there a way I can fix this?
Sorry to see that no one has replied to you yet. If a pay run is not the same as the bank transaction it will not match. Usually, when there is a difference you would be looking at editing that payrun to match the amount that was paid through the bank.
