Where is my funds?
I emailed an invoice to a customer, they paid.
I received a email receipt. They paid via Visa.
It's been 5 days and the money is still not in my account.
I have tried to contact myob on the phone (which was a waste of an hour and a half) got put though to someone then fobbed off into the abiss on hold music.
This is not the first time it's taken so long. Question is what the f is the hold up? and where the f is my money?
Any help would be appreciated.
