where to find historical reconcilations

Hi All, 

It seems my system has automatically upgraded me & now all of the reconcilations are "out"

Where can I find the historical reconciliations - that were all correct to be able to start to recheck them all again.    

So frustrating that I cant get hold of any help

    Hi dhidl 

     

    Sorry to hear that no one has been able to offer assistance with your query yet. 

     

    To check previous reconciliations for an out of balance:

    1. Go to the Reporting menu > Reports > Banking > Banking reconciliation report.
    2. For the Bank statement date, enter or select the date of your previously reconciled bank reconciliation. 
    3. Work back until you find a month where the out of balance is zero ($0.00). This identifies that the suspect transactions will have occurred in the following month.
    4. Identify and correct the transactions causing the out of balance. 
    5. Re-reconcile the corrected transactions.
    6. Repeat with each reconciliation going forward.
