I believe you are supposed to extract data before cancelling the subscription.
I couldn't find it explicitly stated, but only this:

Thanks for your post. I would like to extend to you a warm welcome to the Community Forum.
You will have 60 days from the effective date of cancellation to extract your data from MYOB Essentials, after which time you and other users will have no further access to MYOB Essentials or your data.
