How to access MYOB Business/Essentials data post account close

How does one access MYOB Essentials/Business Pro historical data after the subscription is cancelled? How many years does this data remain accessible?

    Thanks for your post. I would like to extend to you a warm welcome to the Community Forum.  
     
    You will have 60 days from the effective date of cancellation to extract your data from MYOB Essentials, after which time you and other users will have no further access to MYOB Essentials or your data.
