Online account access from home.

Last year I finally worked out how to work from home with the MYOB Account Right program, or at least I thought I did.

I think I have done something wrong.

My desktop icon does not have SE in the bottom right hand corner. 

Last week I upgraded the office desktop to the new upgrade however I cant upgrade the home computer. 

I keep getting sent to a an upgrade page that wants to reinstall another MYOB programe.

I'm finding this all very confusing, 

What do I have to do to the work computer, re access, to be able to open the programe in the home computer?

I've obviously done something wrong in the first place because my home computer is saying that it cant open the file because it is a 2020.4 edition.

I have been upgrading both computers every time there is an upgrade but this time its different and I cant ugrade the home computer.

I'm thinking that I will have to start again and delete the home access.

Any suggestions would be very welcome.

    If your file is online and in version 2021.1, please try installing AccountRight 2021.1 on your home computer from our downloads website. This is because the link to upgrade does not work from within the software at times but software installation should work from the downloads website without any issues.

      Thank you Komal,

      It took me a while to navigate my way around the downloads but I finally found what I was looking for and downloaded the new 2021.1 onto my home computer. I have closed MYOB and reopened our file and it works.
