Online payment refunds

Hi, Can anyone tell me please the process for having an online payment we received from a customer refunded to them? We would prefer not to manually refund them, but to refund to the account from which it was paid.

  • Hi, This is the response I had received from MYOB. Can't see why they are only able to send people private messages and not making this more public

     

    Probably quicker to email from a person with authority on the account giving details of the payment required to be refunded.

    I will not post my response as this advice did not work for our business and we had to refund the payment to our client's bank account (luckily we knew and trusted this person) - but in the whole scheme of things we should not have to do this and there are some parts of MYOB's process that are broken.

      I agree, it's ridiculous that you can't offer a refund through the online payment system.
