Migration from Account Right to Business Lite

When migrating from account right to business, can migration be requested at close of business on 31/03/2024? I do not want to have to manually re-enter anything after conversion.

    Hi vickialex,

Thanks for your post, and welcome to the Community Forum.

My apologies for the late response. Yes, you can request migration from AccountRight to MYOB Business at the close of business on March 31, 2024. The migration service is available to anyone who wants to migrate their existing MYOB file to MYOB Business, provided you have an active MYOB Business Lite or Pro subscription. The migration process aims to provide you with your migrated data within seven business days after you submit your file to MYOB Migration Services. If an issue arises that impacts the ability to migrate your file within this timeframe, you will be contacted as soon as possible.

In terms of data, the migration service will bring across all prior financial years and current financial year-to-date information, unless the previous financial years have been purged from the backup received. Your bank feeds will also be moved to your MYOB Business file as part of the migration service. However, please note that certain features and data types are not supported in MYOB Business and will not be migrated. These include multi-currency functions, sales orders, professional and miscellaneous transaction layouts, time billing transaction layouts, multiple inventory locations, customized forms and reports, and item and card images. Therefore, if you have used any of these unsupported features in your AccountRight file, you may need to manually re-enter or adjust some data after the migration.
