Hello :)
am wanting to give access to a staff member, who can search and send invoices to clients, however I don't want them to be able to see anything else in my account. Is this possible?

To achieve what you're after, you'll want to assign them a 'Sales' role, which allows access primarily to invoicing functions without giving them visibility into other areas, like financial reports or bank accounts.
