Substituted Accounting period that does not start on the 1st

Hi,

 

I am setting up new MYOB business file for a sports club which has a financial year that begins on 16 October and ends 15 October.

 

How do I set that up?  There is no option to enter a date as it defaults to the 1st of October.

 

The committee needs to produce financial reports (profit and loss and balance sheet) that has the financial year of 16th October to 15 October.

    Hi judyctan 

     

    Thanks for your post. MYOB Business will only allow for a financial year to have an as of date to be a month rather than a set date i.e. mid-month.

     

    If you do need to see Profit and loss report and the Balance sheet for a particular date range you could run these reports with custom dates.
