Hi LilyWang,
That subscription definitely needs a look, especially if you can’t get into the file right now.
To move from AccountRight to MYOB Business, you’ll still need to be able to open the AccountRight file so it can be sent for migration. If you’re seeing “subscription expired” even though you’ve paid, the next step is to get the subscription/entitlement sorted first. Once that’s fixed, you’ll be able to get into the file and complete the move.
Because this is a public community forum, we can’t jump into your billing or file details from here. The quickest way to get this checked is to:
- sign into My Account at myaccount.myob.com and confirm the subscription is active and paid, and
- If it still shows as expired in AccountRight, start a live chat with our team via MOCA, our virtual assistant, from the Contact us page.
They can check the subscription on your serial, fix the entitlement if needed, and then you’ll be able to open AccountRight again and follow the usual steps to upgrade to MYOB Business.
Regards,
Genreve
