I'm trying to download the file to pay payroll.... but keep getting an error message. I have read all helps I can find, what does this mean?

If you are downloading a bank file, I suggest checking if you have set up electronic payments properly. If you're still receiving this error, it would be better if you attach a screenshot of the full error message showing so I can check further.
