I would like to ask as a ride share driver(sole trader) where can I enter mileage in Myob Business Lite? Is there a way/option I enter km and it automatically calculates petrol/deduction for BAS and tax purposes?

Welcome to the Community Forum. Travel allowance can be set up as a pay item, however, that will not affect the BAS.
We would highly recommend that you consult your accountant or the ATO regarding calculating your tax obligations in this situation. Once you've done so, if you have any queries regarding how to record these in the software, we'd be more than happy to assist.
