MYOB Team - Timesheets can not be seen by staff member

Hi

My staff have reported this week that they can no longer see the timesheet that they have just submitted.  Normally they can see the current week and anything that hasn't been paid for or imported into myob.  This allows for them to edit it if needed.  Can you please advise what has happened here and if this can be fixed as I now have duplicated timesheets that will need to be sorted.

    Thanks for your post. If a timesheet (or activity) is pending approval, you can still make changes or delete it. Approving managers can also edit employee timesheets prior to approving:

    1. On the time screen, tap the timesheet or activity you want to edit.

    2. Tap into the timesheet or activity to make your change, or tap Delete to delete it.
    3. Once you've made your edits, tap Submit for your timesheet to be approved.

    If this is not the case for your employees could you please upload sceenshots showing the timesheets are not approved and the timesheets that can't be seen.
