MYOB team roster

Please see attached screen shot, can anyone help with the hours

Tuesdays TOTAL hours add up to 56 not 64 - its alway 8 hours out

Saturday has 6 hours in the total - yet there is no one rostered

HELP please?

    I Have manually entered the hours and it has worked

     

    obviously there is another BUG in the system as duplicating rosters is a feature thats very useful

     

    can you please FLAG this as an issue to be fixed

    I'd like to help you resolve the issue you're experiencing, but to do so effectively, I'll need some additional information. Could you please provide more details, like if you're using the MYOB team app or MYOB timesheets from the admin portal, and if you're using imported timesheets? Does this usually happen when your employees submit their timesheets?

    Thank you for your response.

     

    I appreciate your prompt response in providing additional information, especially the screenshot. I've tried replicating the issue on our end, but it seems to be working fine. Could you please provide a screenshot of the rostered hours in a wide range so I can see all the entered numbers of hours for each employee? Make sure to click the drop-down for each employee so we can see the other details entered on the timesheet. Please refer to the attached image below:

    Hi 4Gardens,

     

    Thank you for your response. I appreciate your prompt response in providing the screenshot. Could you please check the date in the screenshot you've provided since it seems that it doesn't match the first screenshot you've recently sent? So, I can investigate further, please provide the screenshot from the rostered hours dated November 6 to 10, 2023.

    Hi 4Gardens,

     

    Thank you for your prompt response. I appreciate your cooperation in providing the necessary information. Could I please confirm if you are duplicating the rostered hours? Please try to create a new one to see if it'll provide you with an incorrect total of hours. If the issue persists, the next thing you can do is delete the location, recreate it, and try to create a roster again.
