MYOB team
Hi, i have an employee that is unable to enter timesheets they have reloaded the MYOBteam app to no avail. I have noticed in the MYOB team web page that the payroll week has not rolled over. Can someone please advise what i need to do

Thank you for your post. Is this the first time using the MYOB Team app? Has your employee tried to enter the timesheet on the web browser? Does it give an error message at all?
If you could respond with a screenshot and the last 4 digits of your serial number that would help us to investigate it further,
