MYOB Team

Soooo its been more than two weeks that a new employee has not been able to login to MYOB team. We keep getting an error code "A problem occurred attempting to load MYOB Team. Please try again later.

 

We've tried everything. Deleting and downloading the App again. 

 

I've checked and the email is the same as on the payroll. He's on the Employee dropdown list......don't know what else I can do. Has anyone else experienced this? Its super frustrating.

 

Can anyone please help!?

    Thanks for your post.

     

    We truly appreciate your patience regarding the issue and sorry to hear that your new employee cannot log in to their MYOB Team app. To correct the situation, kindly remove the employee from the location he was assigned to and then re-add him. Once done, have the employee login to their MYOB Team app and see if the error message will show up again. Please make sure that the employee is not assigned as an approving manager under MYOB Team > Locations
