MYOB Teams Approving Manager
I have recently given a new employee access to my company file including payroll. I am the only approving manager for MYOB Teams and should therefore (as far as I can tell) be the only person who can approve timesheets. However my employee logged in to the Teams Admin portal today and was able to approve timesheets. She is not an approving manager in Teams. I don't want her to have this access but don't know how or why she has it. A previous staff member who had the same company file access was not able to approve timesheets so I do not know what has changed.
