MYOB Teams Approving Manager

I have recently given a new employee access to my company file including payroll. I am the only approving manager for MYOB Teams and should therefore (as far as I can tell) be the only person who can approve timesheets. However my employee logged in to the Teams Admin portal today and was able to approve timesheets. She is not an approving manager in Teams. I don't want her to have this access but don't know how or why she has it. A previous staff member who had the same company file access was not able to approve timesheets so I do not know what has changed.

    I can see that the new employee was able to login to MYOB Admin team portal and was able to approve timesheet. If you will check this article regarding the MYOB Admin team portal only the approving manager can approve timesheets. May I ask if you are using the same login email address? As it might be the reason why the new employee can access the Admin team portal.

      Hi Jem - no we have entirely separate login emails and passwords. So I am at a loss as to how they can approve timesheets in the Team portal.

        Hi JonesandCo,

         

        Yes it's quiet odd that the new employee can approve timesheets in the MYOB Team Admin portal. Can you please check the list of the approving manager and see if the employee's email address or name is listed.
