Pay run history report

I'm trying to print out a pay run history report but the full name of my employee doesn't appear on printed form,

Surname is missing.

    Hi Chubby13 

     

    Just running my Pay run history report in my file, the surnames are appearing for me:

     

    If you are not experiencing that situation, getting a screenshot of your report and one of an employee's card showing that card name setup would be ideal for further investigation.
