Hello

I have a consistent tool allowance of $10.29 that I pay my employees each week. How do I set this as a default value so I don't need to enter the data for each employee each week?

Thankyou.

  • Hi Code_Red,

Thank you for your post. I'd like to extend you a warm welcome to the Community forum. I hope you find it a valuable resource.

In this matter, if you're looking to set $10.29 as the default value when you process weekly pay, I suggest entering this fixed value on standard pay against the allowance wage category. Go to the employee's payroll details >> select Standard Pay, and enter the fixed amount. Please make sure to exempt the super or PAYG as required.

Please let me know if you require any further assistance with this. I'm happy to assist.

    Cheers,

    Princess
