I tried to phone today 02/07/25 at 15:10 hrs ( Perth WA ) and the Help desk was closed! What about WA, are we not important enough to be able to get support.

    I know it's not ideal but unfortunately our phone lines close at 5pm AEST, however our chat support lines are open until 7pm AEST (5pm AWST) for any assistance you may need.
