Hi Christina13 I can see you've had an update from Jayde and it looks like you're back in!
Thanks for working with us on this one, it was unusual. As always, once we resolve an issue, we keep digging to see what we can do to stop the next customer falling through the same crack. We're still a small team with only a few customers, so we've got a lot of work to do as we being to grow, but we're here, we're listening and learning. Thanks for helping us with that.
