Refunded Super from Superfund

The super batch was successfully paid through MYOB SuperStream, but the fund refunded the amount. The refund has been allocated back to Superannuation Payable, however the batch does not appear available to reprocess. Can this be reopen or reset the original super batch so it can be resubmitted?

    Hey DGANORA,

     

    You’ve already checked everything on your end by confirming the refund went back into Superannuation Payable, and that helps explain why the batch isn’t popping up to reprocess. To get it moving again, you’ll just need to reverse the original super payment so the system releases it properly. Once that’s done, you can reprocess the batch, and here’s a link with more info on how to reverse a super payment.
