Super Payments

Hi

is anyone experiencing issues with paying super. I am receiving the following message when I click on get code to authorise the payment:

 

It looks like service is unavailable right now. Please try again later.

 

this is the same message I have been receiving since wednesday I think, so 4 to 5 days.

 

I will add I have been using the MYOB system for super payments for some time so have it set up correctly and it has been working just fine.

    Thanks for flagging this. We're aware of an issue at the moment with Pay Super authorisation codes showing that "service unavailable" message, and our team's onto it and working to get it sorted ASAP. In the meantime, we've seen some customers get around this by updating the Pay Super payment limit. Just a heads-up though, you'll need to be set up as a Pay Super administrator in the file to make that change. Here's a link on how to do it: Changing your Pay Super payment details.

     

    If you give that a go and it's still playing up (or you don't have admin access), your best bet is to jump onto our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account. The team there can take a closer look and help get things moving for you.

    same here, having issues as well, weird thing is i managed to submit a few of the employees and now it wont work again, its a bit of a worry as it was due to be submitted today
