Thanks for flagging this. We're aware of an issue at the moment with Pay Super authorisation codes showing that "service unavailable" message, and our team's onto it and working to get it sorted ASAP. In the meantime, we've seen some customers get around this by updating the Pay Super payment limit. Just a heads-up though, you'll need to be set up as a Pay Super administrator in the file to make that change. Here's a link on how to do it: Changing your Pay Super payment details.
