Hi all, I did 2 reversal pay on MYOB in March and both was accepted. But when I try to submit my March PAYG on ATO online business today, only 1 was showing in the ATO STP reporting. Both reversal were done at the same time, but I can only see 1.
Will this be a problem, as the pre-filled STP figure is not correct on ATO since only 1 reversal is shown. Pleae help and thank you.

When you reverse a pay, it's supposed to pop up in the STP reporting center with a "sent" status, canceling out the original pay you reported to the ATO. It's advisable to send an update event and resubmit your PAYG again to see if it resolves the issue. If the problem persists, reviewing your payroll activity and register report and comparing them with your YTD verification report can help pinpoint the root cause. If these are correct, then you're reporting the correct figures.
