Team app payslip different to emailed payslip
Hi, we've just had a recently terminated staff member query her annual leave balance. We use the Team app to clock on and off, and use timesheets to process the pays, with payslips being emails out. We don't use the Team app to apply for leave though, that is manually entered in timesheets. She was paid out her leave balance one month ago but he contacted us yesterday saying the leave balance on her emailed payslips has not matched the leave balance on the payslip downloaded from Teams. This isn't a once off, Apparently they have not matched as far back as she could look. Any ideas what has happened? The last payslip has 1.7 hours of AL on her emails payslip and 53hours in the app payslip....
