Who approves the approving manager
Can someone please advise how does the approving manager of a team get approved by their supervisor? Seems you can't select an approving manager and put them under their direct supervisor ie the CEO?

Welcome to the Community Forum. You can set up the CEO as an approving manager as well. Steps to setting this up depends if they are already set up an an employee.
If you'd like to add an approving manager who is not an employee:
Create a new Employee Card and enter their name and email address on the Profile tab, and set their Employment Basis to Other on the Payroll Details tab.
To add an approving manager to MYOB Teams:
Open MYOB Team Admin Portal > Locations > Open Location > From the Select an approving manager list, choose the CEO > Add and invite. They will then be sent an invitation and invited to download the MYOB Team mobile app.
