I am running a General Ledger report and have changed the columns I want shown via the 'customise' button.
This works as expected when I click 'expand all' (or even just expanding individual accounts), but DOES NOT work when the accounts are collapsed.
What you are describing is normal software behaviour for that particular report.
The additional columns that are added to that report are added to the individual data records i.e. the expanded accounts view. The "uncollapsed view" is a standard view and is not changed by the customise option, only the collapsed view is changed.
