Thanks for your post. I've just tested this and am able to view and export the Payroll activity report for the previous and current financial year. I was also able to run the Payroll register and Pay run history reports for both previous and current financial years. If you're not able to do this can you try clearing your browser cache and then see if you can view that report.
If not, can you provide detailed information on what happens when you try to run the report.
