Report for Long Service Leave hours

Question

I can't seem to locate a report for the Long Service Leave hours taken by an employee throughout their entire time with the company, only for each individual year.

I tried the Payroll Categories report, however, this only provides the amounts, not hours. The activity detail report does show the LSL hours taken over a lifetime, however, I need this for 50 employees so very time consuming if this is the only way to extract the hours. Hoping there is a report that is more specific to LSL hours only.

As mentioned&nbsp; Genreve_S&nbsp;the entitlements summary report only provides up to 2 years worth of data. I need up to 26 years

I can't seem to edit my post - I'm after Long Service Leave hours TAKEN, not the hours accrued. thanks!

The Entitlements Balance Summary and Detail reports should provide the data you need. I recommend testing those out.

Hi jhp, do you have files covering all those years? Are they all the current generation of AccountRight?

Hi&nbsp;Mike_James&nbsp;I'm unsure what you mean exactly. Yes, the information is in the current version of AccountRight and goes back to 1 July 2009. The reports I need, only go back two years whilst others, such as the Activity Detail, goes back to 1 July 2009.
