Report for Long Service Leave hours

I can't seem to locate a report for the Long Service Leave hours taken by an employee throughout their entire time with the company, only for each individual year.   I tried the Payroll Categories ...

I can't seem to edit my post - I'm after Long Service Leave hours TAKEN, not the hours accrued. thanks!

Hi jhp,

 

The Entitlements Balance Summary and Detail reports should provide the data you need. I recommend testing those out.

    As mentioned  Genreve_S

     

    the entitlements summary report only provides up to 2 years worth of data. I need up to 26 years

      Hi jhp, do you have files covering all those years? Are they all the current generation of AccountRight?

        Hi Mike_James 

        I'm unsure what you mean exactly. Yes, the information is in the current version of AccountRight and goes back to 1 July 2009. The reports I need, only go back two years whilst others, such as the Activity Detail, goes back to 1 July 2009.
