TPAR file "The file size is not a correct multiple of the record length"

Hello,

 

My TPAR file came back from ATO saying "The file size is not a correct multiple of the record length"

 

I have not changed the file and I have removed any characters. How do I fix this?

    Hi aee,

     

    To fix the error "The file size is not a correct multiple of the record length," you'll need to get in touch with our support team. This issue needs a more in-depth investigation, and we'll require your account details. Our team will run a script on your file to check for any invalid characters in your emdupe file. Please contact our support team directly for further help through our live chat via the virtual assistant MOCA or raise a support ticket via My Account.
