Hi KNH,
Great job on doing an initial fix for the issue! If the error message “The file size is not a correct multiple of the record length” in the TPAR file is still being a bit stubborn, even after your fixes. It might need further checking. Best to get our team onto it, give them a buzz through a virtual assistant MOCA, or send a support request through MyAccount they’ll dig deeper and get it sorted for you.
