Sorry for delayed response and sorry for your experience with our chat support, In this matter, the most common cause of this issue is if the report is experiencing a back-end timeout due to trying to pull too much data. We recommend clearing your browser cache and running the report in a shorter period. If this does not work, you can try a different browser.
