Can not save recurring transaction

Account is required for all transaction lines. Please select an account and try again. Tax code is required.

 

Account details and Tax details have been completed.  Able to save but not able to create recurring invoice template.

    Hi KatieH-QAS,

     

    Thank you for your post, and welcome to the community forum.

     

    Kindly check the linked accounts for your sales and check how they are set up from the chart of accounts (to see if they have tax codes connected to them).

     

    If the linked accounts have tax codes on them, but the issue persists, please send us screenshots of how the ledger account was set and the linked account screen.
