Customer Name
Why doesn't the customer's name appear on the invoice when you select email invoice?
It does allow you to check you have selected the right invoice.

The customer's name doesn't directly appear in the Email invoice window, but you can set up the email variables to include customer's name in the Message, as it will then appear in the preview window. Details on setting up email variables can be found in this help article.
