Importing Invoices to MYOB Business

Question

Hello,We have a new CRM system and we need to export invoices from the CRM to MYOB Business. The developer has asked me for a sample file, however there is none for invoices. Does anyone know if we are able to just import using .CSV or does it have to be a .TXT file and how to get a template for this?&nbsp;See attched image of the only options for templates.&nbsp;Your help would be amazing as I have called MYOB support 4 times and I think I know more than they do...So frustrating...&nbsp;Bec&nbsp;

Hi BecCore , there is no option to import invoices to MYOB Business at present via the Import/Export facility. Currently the only option is to post those invoices via the API, details can be found at developer.myob.com. Using the API is a better long-term solution, and generally easier for the user.&nbsp;
Which CRM system are you using?

Thanks Mike. Do you know if you can import invoices into MYOB Account Right? Also will the API work on Account Right also?&nbsp;

Hi BecCore , yes invoices can be imported to AccountRight, see Importing and exporting data for desktop options.&nbsp; And the API is said to be the same for both products.&nbsp;
