I just came across this post after a client mentioned the same thing this morning. It is ridiculous that it is set up this way. When a client has over 200 statements that need to go out, they do not have the time to do "19" at a time. They also mentioned that they do not get the confirmation email that used to come out stating that they were sent successfully. Some days I wish we could roll back software like we can with windows updates.

Hi Natasha_Mason,
Currently, in MYOB Business the Email Statement feature only allows the user to select 20 customers at a time. Should you be looking at emailing to more than 20 customers we do recommend doing those emails in blocks. Additionally, you can set up unpaid invoice summaries. This will automate the statement-sending process to your customers with a summary notification being sent on the 28th of each month.
I hope this helps!
Regards,
Earl
