Statement

One of my customer asked for statement from Oct-Dec 2019.

During these period, there are invoices that has been paid.

So when I run the statement, the closed invoices will not appeared in the statement.

Is it possible if the statement can show the closed invoice as well?

Anyone can help me with this
Thank you

    Hi SWI-Accounts

An Activity Statement does show all transactions for that date range so will include payments. If you are wanting to only provide a list of invoices you could use the Sales (Customer Summary) report and hide any columns you don't want to display.

  • Hi SWI-Accounts

Thanks for your post.  To show all invoices and payments in a specific date range you need to run an Activity type statement. To do this:

    1. go to Print/Email Statements
    2. click on Advanced Filters
    3. change the Statement Type field to Activity
    4. change the dates in the Statement Date field
    5. click Ok

Please let me know if you need further help.
