Paid invoice by card - funds not arrived for over a week

Hello

Customer paid first invoice by card, it has been marked as paid by MYOB but I still don't see it funds in the account, it's been over a week. It should take a couple of days according to help documentation, what can be going wrong and how to fix it?

    Hey aruandafarm,

     

    Thanks for spelling out what’s happening with that first card payment being marked as paid in MYOB but no funds showing after a week. With payment processing, it usually takes up to 3 business days for the money to land in your account, excluding weekends. If it’s been longer than a full week of business days, the best next step is to reach out to our team on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA or by submitting a support case via My Account. This way, they can trace the payout and see what’s holding things up.
