Quote Query

Hi Everyone,

Since the update I've noticed that with the quote template, I cant seem to add/remove or move lines like you can in the invoices. I often duplicate my older quoted and adjust them for the job. Is there a setting that anyone knows of to allow this?
Also, almost all of my clients are builders so when I invoice them, its the same company name with a different job address. For instance, one builder only does bathroom renovations so I have about 80 different addresses under his company name. Can you search invoices by address or is it only by client name?

    Hi KentSparkaid 

     

    I'm sorry to see that no one has replied to you yet. You should be able to remove lines from a quote by clicking on the x at the end of the line, new lines should be added automatically each time you enter a line. The Help Article, Quotes, has detailed information.

     

    At this stage it's only possible to search by Contact name.

      Thanks for the reply. I think you misunderstood the question. Probably my fault.

       

      I can delete and add lines as you suggested. With the invoices, I can insert lines inbetween existing lines or move the whole line up or down but for some reason when its a quote, it cannot be done.

      I cant iunderstand why because this used to be able to be done in the past.
