Hi. I am using the browser addition and want a report showing sent emails.
I am also sending invoices out by email. they are all going out but I can't see them in my outlook sent folder. I have changed the email address that I am sending them out from to another email address and still can't see them. I used to be able to. I would also like a report of sent emails, with the dates sent.
Please advise how I do this

Hi Elisem,
There's no specific report in the browser version that show a list of sent emails with dates. Also, when you send emails through MYOB, they don't show up in your Outlook sent folder because MYOB handles the sending via its own servers.
One thing you can do in the meantime is check the Invoice Activity on each invoice. That'll show you when it was emailed and if the customer has viewed it. Viewing invoices has detailed instructions to assist you with this.
