Welcome to the Community Forum.
The time billing invoices are currently only available while in the desktop software which is why you would be getting these messages pop up when logging in through a web browser.
I have linked our Help Article on what can and can't be done in AccountRight web browser, this is updated as more features are implemented.

Is there a way to fix this problem?
Can I run a report to find all of the time billing invoices in our file and change the invoice type?
Do you know when this feature will be implemented as without a fix the web brower system wont work for our busines

Sorry for the delay in my response.
The only way to do this, for now, would be to do it from the desktop software.
I am unaware of when this feature will be implemented into the web browser version, I suggest checking the Help Article on what can and can't be done in AccountRight which will be updated as features are implemented.
