Tax Invoice

Hi there,

Does anyone know how to have the words "TAX INVOICE" on a sales invoice in MYOB Business? Currently, when I create a sales invoice it only says "INVOICE" and I am unable to edit this field.

Per the ATO rules, a tax invoice in Australia needs to have the text "TAX INVOICE" not just "INVOICE".

See link to ATO below:

Tax invoices | Australian Taxation Office (ato.gov.au)

Please help!

Sarah :)

    Hi sarahnofal,

Thanks for your post, and welcome to the Community Forum!

Currently, the term 'invoices' is only visible when you're creating invoices. The term 'Tax Invoices' will show up only when you print, send, or convert your created invoices into a PDF. See the sample screenshot for reference.

If you'd like to see 'Tax Invoices' instead of 'Invoices' during the invoice creation process, we recommend you share this suggestion on the MYOB Business Ideas exchange board for consideration. We value your input and ideas.
